section 38:  create new roads for general, residential and industrial use, to a standard that the highways authority will adopt them as a public highway.

section 104:  sewer and pumping stations installed the correct way according to the water industry act 1991, so that they can be adopted by the local water authority.

section 106:  Construction of a physical connection to the public sewer network, the creation of new manhole or connections to existing manholes.

section 184:  temporary site access that changes the road layout, footpaths and carriageways but must be able to be reversed and reinstated to the original layout.

section 185:  diversion or removal of existing publicly adopted sewers to facilitate the development of a site.

section 278:  permanent change to the road layout to provide access to a new development which would include roundabouts, traffic lights, amendments to the verge and pathways, signage and safety barriers.
